TAYLOR — Jerry Somers and his one-man band will provide the entertainment for a fund-raising party Saturday at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4422, 11590 Pine. Hours are 8 p.m. to midnight.
Somers, a native of Brownstown Township, has drawn large crowds at a variety of events throughout the region. Event organizers say he plays a wide range of music that caters to all tastes and dancers.
Admission costs $10, which includes beer and setups. Food will be available. All proceeds support veterans and their families.
