Sept. 11 remembrance ceremony takes place in Dearborn

A special ceremony was held in Dearborn on Sept. 11 to commemorate the eighth anniversary of the attacks on America. The ceremony took place during a meeting of the Conference of Western Wayne in the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. Police officers and firefighters took part in the ceremony, including Dearborn police Detective Sgt. Gary Marchetti (front row, right), as a member of the Metro Detroit Police and Fire Pipes & Drums.
