Kipper is a 6-year-old greyhound/Labrador retriever mix. He was brought into the Wyandotte Animal Pound by his former owners in mid-September. He is friendly, obedient and housebroken, and has been neutered. Kipper would do best in a home without children. Dog adoption fees are $85 (in cash) and include spaying/neutering, first distemper vaccine and a rabies vaccine and heartworm test if the animal is old enough. The pound is at 1170 Grove, between 11th and 13th streets. Adoption hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
