U.S. Secretary of Commerce visits Dearborn

U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke (left) visited Dearborn Oct. 6, to meet with Mayor John O’Reilly Jr. and leaders of metro Detroit’s Arab-American and Muslim-American communities to discuss ways that the groups can help promote economic growth. The event was held at the Lebanese American Heritage Club, 4337 Maple, and was hosted by the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.
