Give the gift of golf and help send a student to college

December 23, 2009 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN — Henry Ford Community College offers gift certificates for golf packages that support student scholarships.

The golf package is for HFCC’s 19th annual Mike Adray Memorial Golf Tournament, presented by MemberFocus Credit Union, to be played May 19 at the Dearborn Country Club.

Packages cost $200 for the morning round and $250 for the afternoon. Packages include 18 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening activities, including wine tasting, entertainment and a silent auction.

To purchase a golf package, go to www.hfcc.edu/foundation or call the HFCC Office of Development’s golf tournament hotline at (313) 845-9880.

The tournament is the HFCC Foundation’s largest annual fund-raising event to benefit students. Last year, the tournament raised more than $65,000 for scholarships.
