Kennedy senior plans bowling to support St. Jude’s Hospital

TAYLOR — A bowling fundraiser benefiting St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital is being planned by Heather Johnson, a senior and National Honor Society member at John F. Kennedy High School.

The outing is set for Friday at Taylor Lanes. 24800 Eureka Road west of Telegraph Road. Registration starts at 6 p.m. Bowling starts at 7 p.m.

Proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s, which specializes in treating children and doesn’t charge families that are uninsured.

Included in the event will be three games of bowling, shoes, pizza and mystery game competition. Raffles and a 50/50 drawing also will be featured.
