Sweet like Candy
A 2-year-old Chinese shar-pei bull terrier mix, Candy is not to be confused with a pit bull. She is a friendly, experienced mother who won the Wyandotte Street Art Fair’s photo contest earlier this month over dozens of other local pets.
Panda bamboozled by long stay
One of the shelter’s most long-term residents, Panda is a black American shorthair tabby who is fully spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. She is about 2 years old.
Chatty Roxie needs a home
With her white paws, this mitted American shorthair tabby is very talkative and cuddly. She is about 3 years old and was discovered as a stray when she walked into the pound and recycling center complex on her own. Roxie’s front two paws are declawed.
