TAYLOR — Children will enjoy Halloween stories, pumpkin decorating, games, a craft and refreshments during free events at the Taylor Community Library, 12303 Pardee Road.
Sessions are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday and 6 p.m. Thursday.
