TAYLOR — A roast beef dinner and silent auction to benefit the family of Taylor Auxiliary Police Lt. Dan Kromer will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 7 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 13116 Telegraph (at North Line Road).

Dinner tickets cost $10 each and will be available at the Police Department. Organi-zers say donations to the dinner or auction will be greatly appreciated.
