TAYLOR — Safe Halloween is scheduled from 3 to 5 p.m. next Sunday at Heritage Park, 12111 Pardee Road.
The event is free for children 12 and under. Children can trick-or-treat in a safe environment, collecting candy from costumed staff members of the city’s Department of Golf, Parks and Recreation.
