Snow Woods Neighborhood nominating officers at Nov. 10 meeting

Speakers on libraries, Festival of Trees; door prizes offered

DEARBORN – The Snow Woods Neighborhood Association is meeting at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Dearborn Public Schools Administration Service Center, 18700 Audette.

Door prizes will be given. The meeting will end at 8:30 p.m.

Nominations will be taken for officers of the SWNA executive board. Board elections are scheduled for Dec. 8.

Also at the Nov. 10 meeting, city Library Director Maryanne Bartles will present information on library programs and resources.

In addition, Anina Bachrach of the Dearborn Garden Club will speak and also promote the Festival of Trees event at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center on Nov. 21 to 28. The fundraiser is dedicated to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation.

The Snow Woods area is bordered by Outer Drive, Southfield and Rotunda.
