Peanut is a female brown tabby American shorthair. A curious kitten, she loves to investigate everything and everyone. She loves to play and purrs when she is held. Her sister recently got adopted and now she needs a home too.

Monty is an orange and white American longhair who was an instant favorite with the pound staff. Sweet and cuddly, he gets along well with people and other cats. He is neutered and house trained.
Well-trained dog needs master
Roxy is a female adult retriever mix who knows basic commands andwalks well on a leash. She gets along well with other dogs and shows no interest in cats.
Dog adoption fees are $85 and cat adoption fees are $60 (both in cash). Fees include spaying or neutering, first distemper vaccine and a rabies vaccine if the animal is old enough. The Wyandotte Animal Pound is at 1170 Grove, west of 11th Street. Adoption hours are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
