Aerobics classes slated

January 22, 2011 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

TRENTON — Aerobic circuit training classes are being held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through Feb. 24 at the Kennedy Recreation Center, 3101 West Road.

Organizers promise an efficient, maximum-calorie workout that will tone the whole body. They also say it is packed with solid conditioning exercises that will define, tone and strengthen muscles including the heart.

For maximum benefit, signing up for both classes is recommended.

Experts say circuit training is the best way to slim down and build muscle at the same time. Sessions will show safe and effective modifications for all fitness levels.

Participants are advised to bring a mat and 3- to 8-pound hand weights.

The cost is $21 for residents, $27 for nonresidents. For more information call (734) 676-7300.
