DEARBORN – Two residents suspected in a home invasion were arraigned April 4 in 19th District Court.

Mouhammad Ahmad Bazzi and Wesam Mohammed Katip, both 23, face charges including second-degree home invasion and one count of larceny from a building. They face a possible term of about 40 years in prison.

Bond was set at $10,000 each.

Police said the two are suspected of breaking into a house in the 7000 block of Pinehurst while the homeowners were at a wedding. When they returned they found several items stolen, including credit cards.

A preliminary examination of the evidence against them is scheduled for Friday.
