Joseph and Julian Sanchez
Air Force Airmen Joseph A. Sanchez and Julian R.Sanchez graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The airmen completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
They are the sons of Isaias Sanchez Jr. of Rademacher Street, Detroit, and Michelle Valdez of Emmons Boulevard, Wyandotte.
Julian Sanchez graudated in 2009 from Cesar Chavez High School, Detroit. Joseph Sanchez graduated in 2010 from Cesar Chavez High School.
William E. Seguin
Air Force Master Sgt. William E. Seguin has deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Enduring Freedom is the official name given to anti-terrorism military operations involving U.S. troops and allied coalition partners. Reserve component members from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces have been mobilized, activated and deployed along with active duty members to support the war against global terrorism. Mission objectives encompass combating the international terrorist network or regime forces outside the borders of the United States. U.S. troops serve in South and Southwest Asia, Central Asia, the Arabian peninsula, islands in the Pacific, and other countries.
He is the son of Ronald G. and Colleen G. Seguin of Applewood Street, Lincoln Park.
He is a 1989 graduate of Lincoln Park High School.
Adam A. Nogiec

He is the son of Glenn and Jean Nogiec of Chatham Street, Riverview.
Nogiec graduated in 2003 from Riverview Community High School, and received an associate degree in 2009 from Schoolcraft College, Livonia.
