Todd’s Pharmacy in Dearborn Heights has a new service for Dearborn area residents and a helping hand for Mother Nature. Residents may now drop off expired medications for proper disposal. The Japanese Shotokan Karate-Do Assn in Dearborn Heights is hosting a free children’s Buddy Day from 11 a.m. to noon June 18. Children 8 to 12 years old are invited to learn basic karate techniques, self-defense and safety tips. Parents must sign a registration form. Children should wear comfortable shoes.
