A cruise aboard the Diamond Belle treated visitors to a riverside view of Trenton’s Somewhere in Time festival Sunday. The 27th annual event under the direction of Trenton Parks and Recreation filled Elizabeth Park with friends and neighbors for music, a car show and an old-fashioned community picnic. Somewhere in Time shared space with Taste of Trenton and Beyond, offering samples from local restaurants.
