River Oaks Community Association Board of Directors President Rick Marra (center) poses with members of the River Oaks Community House Board of Trustees during an open house Oct. 8 aimed at attracting new customers to the newly renovated building, which serves as the clubhouse for the subdivision. The building, built in 1938 by Henry Ford, underwent renovations for the past three months and is expected to be re-opened and available to potential renters in the association by November. Board members and special guests at the open house were Ziad Rabaa (left) and Ron Amen, Wayne County Commissioner Diane Webb (D-9th District), Marra, Sergeant-At-Arms Annie Terzian, and board members Sama Harp and Amil Falih.
