St. Anselm boutique, auction Saturday

HEIGHTS — St. Anselm Catholic Church will hold its 28th annual Holiday Boutique from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 5 at the church, 17650 W. Outer Drive.

The boutique will include more than 40 arts and crafts tables, a new and used book sale, tin can raffle, bake sale and a snack bar.

Later that evening, from 5:30 to 11 p.m., the church will host a live and silent holiday auction. Admission is $25 in advance and $35 at the door.

The auction will include a raffle to win a $2,000 gift certificate from Art Van Furniture. Auction items will include a necklace from Ahee Jewelers, a stay at Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth, a baseball signed by Detroit Tiger Magglio Ordonez, a Tigers ticket package, Detroit Lions tickets and a signed football.

Hors d’oeuvres, beverages and a gift bag will be included.
