Dearborn Police officers are searching for three thieves who broke into Arabian Village Market Nov. 13 and stole $2,000 in cigarettes and $850 cash. One of the suspects (above), is described as in her 30s and 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build. A second supect (top), is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build. Both were caught by surveillance cameras allegedly taking the cigarettes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Dearborn Police Department 313-943-2240.
DEARBORN – Police are searching for two men who broke into Arabian Village Market, 10040 Dix, about 9:20 p.m. Nov. 13.
The thieves are described as two black males in their early-to-mid 30s. The first suspect is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a heavy build, wearing a black jacket with a red or white symbol on the back, black jeans, black boots and white gloves. The second suspect is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a medium build, wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, a black skull cap with orange or red writing and white gloves.
According to video surveillance of the alleged break-in, the suspects entered the market after breaking the glass front door. They took cigarettes valued at $2,000 along with $850 cash from the cash register, to the back seat of an older-model black or dark-colored Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable before they fled in an undetermined direction.
Officers are also searching for a possible third suspect, a black female in her early 30s, who they said cased the market Nov. 11 with the second suspect. She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall with a medium build and straight shoulder-length hair and wearing dark-colored pants and a dark-colored jacket.
