Police still looking for shooter of teen

TAYLOR — Police are investigating a Nov. 20 shooting that wounded a 19-year-old man in the 15500 block of the Court Village apartment complex.

Police Cmdr. Mary Sclabassi said witnesses reported a confrontation between two groups of men that began around 3 p.m. Sunday in the complex near the intersection

of Eureka and South Beech Daly roads. Shots were fired, one of which hit the victim in the abdomen. Sclabasi said the victim is in stable condition and expected to recover.

No suspect is yet in custody as the investigation continues.
