DEARBORN – Police are investigating several burglaries on Thanksgiving Day in the 1600 block of Kingsbury.
According to department officials, seven houses in the area were broken into througout the day.
Police Department officials advised residents to lock all doors and windows, leave lights on and arm security systems when they leave their houses, especially when leaving for extended periods of time.
Working together, Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said in a press release, ensures the community has a safe and pleasant holiday season.
“If you see something suspicious, please report it immediately,” he said. “The Dearborn Police Department will work diligently to identify, arrest, and prosecute the responsible parties.”
