Cheer for children

December 17, 2011 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

Dearborn firefighters, Santa Claus and well wishers filled a bus Wednesday for the annual Dearborn Firefighters Burn Drive toy run to four southeast Michigan destinations. The firefighters gave supplies to Ronald McDonald House in Detroit then gave toys to Children’s Hospital in Detroit. They then made the trek to Ann Arbor to give toys and host a party for young patients at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital (above) before continuing to Taylor to give toys to and have fun with children at the Penrickton Center or Blind Children.
