Wyandotte’s 117-year-old Labadie house, 303 Maple, is for sale after undergoing a yearlong restoration by the Wyandotte Community Alliance. Potential buyers can view it at open houses from 1 to 4 p.m. today, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 4 and 5. The asking price for the house is $250,000.
