Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church hosts vacation Bible school in July

DEARBORN — To help accommodate families’ busy schedules, Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church will host its annual Vacation Bible School with a family dinner and early evening program for children.

VBS runs July 22 through 26.

The program is open to all children in the community from ages 3 years through fifth grade. The church is at 24110 Cherry Hill.

An optional dinner for children and families is served at 5:30 p.m. each day with a program for children that begins at 6:15 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. The program and dinner arefree. Canned goods, toiletries and monetary donations are encouraged during the week to support various charitable and mission projects.

The program for this year is called “Sonrise National Park” which uses a camping theme to engage children in learning and worship with songs, crafts, Bible stories and outdoor games.
