DEARBORN – The public is invited to the East Dearborn Downtown Development Authority’s fourth annual Holiday Open House from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 12.
The free event is at the EDDDA office, 13750 Michigan Ave., two blocks west of Schaefer.
The holiday gathering provides an opportunity to learn what the EDDDA does to help support and promote local businesses and the east Dearborn downtown area, EDDDA Executive Director Mike Bewick said.
It is also an opportunity to meet the EDDDA board of directors, Bewick said, and network with district merchants and residents, business partners, community stakeholders and city of Dearborn officials.
Reservations are not needed.
Guests can enjoy tasting “the world in a mile” with food and beverages from several of the restaurants in the neighborhood, Bewick said.
