HFCC announces visit schedule for presidential candidates

DEARBORN — Henry Ford Community College Thursday announced the campus visit schedule for the six finalists for president of the college.

The finalists will visit the campus and meet with community members and students between March 19 and 28 at the Dearborn campus, 5101 Evergreen.

• Reginald L. Gerlica — instructor of English and World Languages at HFCC, 8 a.m. to noon March 19 at the HFCC Welcome Center.

Tuesday, March 19, 8 a.m. to noon, HFCC Welcome Center
• Valerie R. Roberson — vice president of Academic Affairs at Joliet Junior College, 8 a.m. to noon March 20 in the Community Room — West, HFCC Welcome Center.

• Wildolfo Arvelo — president of Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth, N.H., from 8 a.m. to noon in the Ghafari Conference Room, Technology Building.

• Ismael N. Ahmed — state of Michigan Department of Human Services director, from 8 a.m. to noon March 26 in the Community Room, HFCC Welcome Center Tuesday, March 26, 8 a.m. to noon, Community Room, HFCC Welcome Center

• Gordon F. May — Oakland Community College Highland Lakes Campus president, from 8 a.m. to noon March 27 in the Community Room, HFCC Welcome Center.

• Stan Jensen — president and CEO of Colorado Mountain College, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Berry Auditorium, Administrative Services and Conference Center.
