Injury accident under investigation

DEARBORN — A collision outside of the Sunoco
Gas Station, 10000 Michigan Ave. left two people injured Monday.
The accident occurred just after 8:30 a.m. as a silver Ford Contour exiting the gas station was struck by a red Jeep Compass
traveling west on Michigan Avenue.

The driver of the Jeep suffered minor injuries and the driver of the Contour was taken to Henry Ford Hospital Main where he was listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are investigating and urge anyone with any information to call the Dearborn Police Department at 313-943-2241. They may also call the tip line at 313-943-3030 to remain anonymous.
