Construction work continues at the site of the former Lincoln Park Theatre, to include preparations for restoring the iconic marquee facing Fort Street. Theater renovation and construction of new structures behind it are part of a Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency project. The $11 million project will bring retail space and lofts to the corner. Project manager John Carmody said the first leases are expected by the end of the year.
