Kindergartner Lucas Remington takes some browsing tips from volunteer Laura Shay during the Grogan Elementary School annual book fair, “a cool place to discover hot books.” For three days children browsed shelves, placed orders and were introduced to worlds of adventure and learning. Grogan Principal Rob Wolsek said the event — courtesy of the Parent Teacher Organization — began Tuesday with ” a big rush of excitement” that continued through the week.
