O’Reilly to give State of City Feb. 26

Mayor John B. O’Reilly, Jr. will deliver his annual State of the City address at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 at City Hall. The public is invited.

DEARBORN – The public is invited to attend Mayor John B. O’Reilly Jr.’s State of the City address at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 at City Hall, 13615 Michigan Ave.

O’Reilly will review the city’s challenges and accomplishments in 2013 and present initiatives for 2014 and beyond.

The evening will also include a tribute to retired City Councilwoman Nancy Hubbard, who was an elected official for 24 years. Hubbard was unable to attend the scheduled tribute to her and retired Councilwoman Suzanne Sareini at the inauguration ceremony on Jan. 2.

Light refreshments will follow.
