TAYLOR — City police last week continued investigating reports of gunshots fired near the intersection of Goddard and Pardee roads.
Officers responded about 2 a.m. March 15 to reports of gunshots heard outside White Rhino, 22615 Goddard. Police Chief Mary Sclabassi said responding officers also heard gunshots near the area.
No arrests were reported as police cleared a crowd that had gathered outside the club. Sclabassi said investigators located seven shell casings in a nearby field. Police did not locate any suspects or victims at the scene.
Sclabassi said the investigation continues, although no additional information was yet available.
Anyone with information regarding the fired shots is asked to contact Taylor police at 734-287-6611.
