DEARBORN — Henry Ford Community College will host its New Orleans Seafood Buffet April 9, at Fifty-One O One, HFCC’s student-run restaurant in the Student & Culinary Arts Center on the main campus, 5101 Evergreen.
Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Dinner will be available from 6 to 7:45 p.m.
The cost is $16 per person. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at a cash bar after 5 p.m.

The menu includes: made-to-order omelet station (brunch only), seafood gumbo, peel-and-eat shrimp, spinach salad, crab pasta salad, broiled tilapia with tropical fruit salsa, beer-battered cod, marinated Cajun pork loin, and cchicken Oscar.
Dessert will include: red velvet cake, peanut butter pie, bread pudding with whiskey sauce; crêpes Suzette, and assorted cheesecakes.
