Jerry Klabis browses through the bushes and plants at the Taylor Conservatory Foundation’s plant sale last year. The ninth annual event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 10 and 11 at the Conservatory, 22314 North Line Road. The event offers local plants, advice from experts and garden accessories ready for spring. Proceeds benefit the Conservatory Foundation’s educational public garden. Conservatory volunteers will hand out free seeds with every purchase in honor of National Public Gardens Day. For information contact Perry Durham at 313-215-8885.
