Zoey
Zoey, a female domestic shorthair kitten, is good with kids, dogs and cats. When she and her brother, Zane, went to the shelter, they were scared and not feeling well due to intestinal parasites. Both are on the road to recovery and are ready for a permanent home.
Jax
Jax, a senior male pedigree German shepherd, is very friendly and trained. He knows commands, including sit, lie down, shake, heel and stay. He is neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots and good with dogs.
Sid
Sid, an adult male domestic shorthair, is very friendly, just a little shy. He is neutered and up to date with shots.
Dog adoption fees are $95 and cat adoption fees are $65 (both in cash). Fees include spaying or neutering, first distemper vaccine and a rabies vaccine if the animal is old enough. The Wyandotte Animal Pound is at 1170 Grove, west of 11th Street. Adoption hours are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
