Moving City Hall

Crews from Palmer Moving and Storage move a rack of books from the Law Department out of City Hall and to a moving truck for shipment to the Dearborn Administrative Center, 16901 Michigan Ave., Friday afternoon. City Hall closed at noon and crews moved materials over the weekend to the DAC, which is scheduled to open at 8 a.m. Tuesday. The City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday will be held in the DAC at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will not be broadcast live on CDTV or online. The meeting will be taped for rebroadcast on CDTV at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. Friday, 1 p.m. Saturday, 8 p.m. Sunday and 4 p.m. Sept. 29. The meeting also will be available on demand online at www.cityofdearborn.org beginning Wednesday.
