April 10, 2015 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN – A popular banjo concert returns to the Dearborn Historical Museum April 24.

The event will run from 1 to 2 p.m. on the McFadden-Ross House grounds, 915 S. Brady. Seating will be provided on picnic tables, but lawn chairs are welcome.

The concert is free; donations will be accepted.

In case of rain, the concert will move to the Henry Ford Centennial Library, 16301 Michigan Ave.

For more information, call the museum at 313-565-3000.

Performers are part of the North American International Banjo Convention. The group will hold its eighth annual convention April 23 to 25 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Detroit.

For more information about the group or other paid banjo concerts planned for that weekend, go to www.naibc.org.
