SOUTHGATE – While investigators looked into what started a fire at Red Robin, 15777 Eureka Road, management said Thursday it was uncertain when will the restaurant, reopen for business.
Firefighters responded Tuesday night to a blaze that broke out at the restaurant. Staff and customers reportedly left the building safely with only a few minor injuries that were treated on site by responding paramedics.
Flames climbed through the roof before responders doused the fire, which appeared to have started in or near a kitchen ventilation system. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
The restaurant remained closed Thursday. A store manager who declined to be identified said a re-opening date had not been determined.
