Explicit graffiti found on toys

TAYLOR – Police are investigating acts of vandalism that left sexually explicit messages on toys in a co-op residential complex, with a specific target of young girls.

Police Chief Mary Sclabassi said that reports had come in from residents who’d individually discovered obscene messages on toys. The explicit graffiti targeted girls under the age of 10.

Sclabassi reportedly said an investigation remained a high priority as police spoke with residents and examined the toys.

The messages were reportedly both explicit and threatening. The suspect appeared to have knowledge of which homes in the complex near Telegraph and Goddard included young girls.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Taylor Police at 734-287-6611.
