Roush’s newest partnership with Ford means more space

ALLEN PARK — Roush Enterprises Inc’s. latest partnership with Ford Motor Co. has the company leasing an additional 130,000 square-feet at the building located at 16640 Southfield Road.

The company already leases space in the front of the former Southfield Lease Properties building, closest to Southfield Road. The company needs extra space due to its most recent partnership with Ford.

Roush offers development services from design through prototyping, testing and manufacturing. The companies have partnered on many items, including a Mustang supercharger to complement the car’s 5.0-liter engine.
