Dearborn police working to return stolen property to owners

August 30, 2016 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN — The arrest of two suspects in a rash of vehicle break-ins last weekend left police with the chore of returning stolen property to its owners.

Police ask that victims living in the area of Michigan Avenue between Greenfield and Oakman, and have not made a police report, should call Cpl. Sergio Popescu at 313-943-2222. Victims must provide a detailed description of property stolen so police can determine if that property has been recovered.

The investigation is ongoing.
