Museum hosts Beer-Tasting Party Sept. 23

DEARBORN – There are good times brewing for Sept. 23.

The Dearborn Historical Museum will host its fourth annual beer-tasting fundraiser from 5 to 11 p.m. at McFadden Ross House, 915 S. Brady St.

The $10 ticket includes admission, a souvenir glass mug, live entertainment and one free glass of beer, wine or root beer.

Participating vendors include Rochester Mills Beer Co., Perrin Brewing Co., Frankenmuth Brewery, Roak Brewing Co., Petoskey Brewing, West Side Beer Distributing, Bud Light and A & W.

Slows BBQ, Rollin’ Stone Wood-Fired Pizza and Chavo’s Tacos will provide food offerings.

The tribute band 80s Inc. will provide music.

Free parking is available at the museum and Ford Field Park, 22051 Cherry Hill, where there is a free shuttle service to and from the event.

Tickets are available at the museum office, online at www.thedhm.com, or at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Dearborn Historical Museum educational programs.

The event is sponsored by the Museum Guild of Dearborn.
