September 7, 2016 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

Residents can pay online, by phone, mail or drop box

DEARBORN – City summer property taxes are due Sept. 14.

Installment plan payments are due Sept. 14, Nov. 14 and Jan. 14.

Payments must be received by the Treasurer’s Office by 5 p.m. on the due date to be considered on time.

Avoid standing in line at the Treasurer’s Office by using alternate methods of payment. Payments can be made online; by phone; through the Automated Clearing House Debit, which is a direct withdrawal by the city from a bank account; and by mail.

There also are drop boxes at the Dearborn Administrative Center, 16901 Michigan Ave., inside of the building to the right of the Treasury window, and in the parking lot, near the main entrance. Payments should be dropped off before 5 p.m. on the due date.
