WYANDOTTE – The city’s museums will celebrate the holiday season by offering free admission during their annual Christmas Open House, Dec. 16 and 17 at the Ford-MacNichols Home, 2610 Biddle Ave.

The open house runs 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 16 and noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 17, with a holiday celebration recreating turn-of-the-century Christmas customs and décor, including a fire burning on the hearth.

The Christmas exhibit will continue throughout December, from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, at the 1896 Ford-MacNichol House.

For more information, call the museum office at 734-324-7284, send an email to [email protected], or go to wyandottemuseums.org.
