ALLEN PARK – Friends are teaming up to help dentist Dr. Sue Cabadas in a medical cost fundraiser from 3 to 9 p.m. Feb. 26, at Crystal Park Banquet Center, 17113 Champaign.
Cabadas underwent a kidney transplant Dec. 7. While she is reportedly doing well, she needs a lifetime of costly medical care, such as medications and doctors’ visits. The high costs are why her friends are joining together for the benefit to help ease the costs.
Tickets for the event are $30 and includes food and entertainment by The Phoenix Theory with special guest S3. There also will be a raffle.
