The step-children Chadney Allen, 19, and Kara Allen, 17, were found in the basement and pronounced dead at the scene.

The Greens had two younger children together, Koi Green, 5, and Kalieh Green, 4, who were discovered dead in their bedrooms from intentional carbon monoxide asphyxiation. Police found duct tape on the muffler of a vehicle parked in the garage with a plastic tube attached.
