DEARBORN — A Dearborn teen reported missing March 18 was found safe and returned to his family March 21.

The mother of Lukas Brown, 14, reported the teen missing March 18 after he did not return home from school the day before.

Lukas was seen in the area of Carlysle and Monroe streets about 8 p.m. March 21, police said. He was recovered by officer and reunited with his family.

Lukas had messaged friends, through social media, but he did not disclosed his location, police said. He has run away in the past.
