Francis, a 7-year-old male mixed breed, arrived at the shelter as a stray. He’s spending quality time in a foster home, a bonus for potential adopters as you can find out how he behaves in a household setting. Adoption fee is $150.
Ernie
Ernie, an 11-week-old male domestic shorthair, arrived at the shelter with his siblings as strays. You can meet Ernie and his siblings in the shelter’s Cat Community Center. Adoption fee is $60.
Abby Cadabby
Abby Cadabby, an 11-week-old female domestic shorthair, has spent quality time in a foster home and now is ready to move into a forever home. You can meet her in the shelter’s Cat Community Center. Adoption fee is $60.

Adoption fees vary. All cats go home spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. All dogs go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, heart worm tested (if at least 6 months old), and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. The Dearborn Animal Shelter is at 2661 Greenfield in Dearborn. Shelter hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11 a.m.to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
