Local vigil for Las Vegas

During the vigil, candles were lit by residents, community leaders and elected officials while praying for a full recovery of the survivors and their families. The Las Vegas shooting took place on Oct. 1 when Stephen Paddock began shooting from a room on the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino at a crowd attending the final day of the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival killing 58 people and injuring almost 500.
