October 26, 2018 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN –  The Dearborn Historical Museum has transformed into a haunted house of sorts this Halloween season.

On Oct 26, the museum welcomes children 12 and under for a good-fun Halloween Party at the McFadden-Ross House, 915 S. Brady St. The event is from 4 to 6 p.m., and admission is $2.

There will be make-and-take crafts, face painting, games, prizes and trick-or-treating in the parking lot. Don’t forget to wear a costume!

The museum also is partnering with the Great Lakes Apparition Seekers for a teenager and adult Ghost Walk from 7 p.m. to midnight Oct. 26 and  27.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own equipment as they learn the tricks from professional ghost hunters.

Tickets are $40 a person, and proceeds benefit the historical museum. Reservations can be made if paid for in advance online. Space is limited.

Call 313-565-3000 for more information about the events.
